Honesty. If a marketing strategy is doomed to fail, I’ll tell you it’s a bad idea. If performance is down for any given month, I won’t hide the fact behind irrelevant metrics. Not every day can be sunshine and rainbows. I’ll tell you the truth, good or bad.
Clarity. Unless you spend over $5,000 a month in combined media spend, my rates are easily visible further down this page (if your combined media spend is above that amount, I’ll need to customize a quote). There’s also a section on frequently asked questions. I like to be crystal clear with the services I offer so neither one of us ends up disappointed.
Transparency. You have full access to everything. I simply manage it for you. You’re free to leave and take it all with you at any time.
Results. The goal for any advertising campaign should be a positive return on your investment.

Comprehensive Setup – A meticulously built PPC account, including conversion tracking within the applicable platform and Google Analytics to monitor the actions that make money for your business. If Google Tag Manager is required, I’ll set that up too.

Q: What’s your contract?
A: After we talk through the details I’ll send you a simple, one-page proposal of our agreement. It may be terminated by you or me with written notice, for any reason, at any time.
Q: Who owns the account(s)?
A: You do. Any tools and services that I help you set up and manage are entirely yours. I don’t like agencies that hold their client’s assets hostage. If and when you want to leave, you can easily take it all with you.
Q: When and how will I be billed?
A: On the first of the month, via PayPal.
Q: Are you AdWords certified or a Bing Ads accredited professional?
A: Yes to both.
Q: How quickly can I be up and running?
A: Typically two weeks, more or less depending on the size of the account, your responsiveness, and how particular you are about the messaging of yours ads.
Q: Who pays for advertising spend?
A: You pay Google and / or Bing directly for advertising spend. The same concept applies for any other paid tools or services (like call tracking software, for example).
Q: Why doesn’t your management fee include a percentage of media spend?
A: Because that’s a bad business practice. It encourages marketers to spend their client’s money, regardless if it’s well spent, because they profit more by doing so.
I want to manage your advertising budget responsibly. My fees are flat, so there’s no incentive for me to spend your money needlessly.
Q: Do you offer consulting services?
A: For the most part, no. I’m too strong of an introvert to be a consultant. If you would like me to review your account but want to avoid a contract, just pay for one month of management and notify me of your intent.
